Volunteering
Chaperone: Help chaperone games, competitions, concerts and trips for both Band and Color Guard.
Uniforms: Assist in fitting, altering, distributing, and organization of marching and concert uniforms.
Color Guard: Assist with hair and makeup for football season and winter guard.
Equipment: Help build and maintain props and equipment.
Photography: Take pictures at games and events to be included on the band website.
Senior Events: Assisting, organizing and helping with the senior events such as pictures and band banquet.
Fundraising: Assist, organize and/or work at fundraising events.
Hospitality: Assist in feeding students before and/or after games, concerts, and competitions.
Spirit Shop: Help to organize and sell spirit items before and during band event, and maintain the online store.
First Aid/Water Station: Manning the first aid/water station during summer camp and after school marching practices.
Shop for the Band: A way to offset the cost for the band is to donate items for the Band Kids. As you are shopping, please pick up a couple extra items for the band. Some of the items needed are lunch box size water bottles, juice, soda, chips, and cookies. All donated items are dropped off at the Booster Room in the Band Hall. The Booster Room is located through the door immediately to your left as you enter the Band Hall from the outside. We can always use reams of copy paper also. Every little bit helps!
Snacks: Help by sending in much needed snacks for the kids.
