Uniforms
Hi and welcome to the Wildcat Band from Bridget Kaminski-Tabourne, Ashley Taylor, Wendy Mancusco, Kelly Ferris, Maggie Fisher and Kristi Knight. We are the ‘23-24 uniform committee. We are very excited for the upcoming marching band season with our new performance tops, cowls, plumes, shako wraps and gauntlet gloves!!

We provide information here to hopefully answer most questions. Sharing this information with your student(s) will help make his/her transition into high school band easier if he/she is a freshman, new to Cypress Woods or even a returning student as some things have changed.
In general we divide the band year into two parts. The first part is marching band season, and that sizing has already been completed and orders fulfilled. The second part is concert band season. Marching band runs July to November and concert band preparations begin November and run through end of school year with our final spring concerts.
Concert Season:
Students will be fitted for his/her concert jacket/top, pants, cummerbund and bowtie beginning January 2024 by the uniform team. We are very excited to announce this year that the uniform team will have Al’s formalwear scheduled to measure students at the school for his/her tuxedo shirts in January! This will assist you with correct sizing for your student, as well as provide a discount offered by Al’s formalwear if 100 or more shirts are ordered. This will also help remove any stress on our families in making sure to have your student(s) tuxedo shirt on time for those first concert performances.
